- cucumbers
- 1 qt. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. canning salt
- 3 qt. water
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 small slice hot pepper
- 2 tsp. dill (home grown preferred)
Directions

1Wash cukes and put into jars.

2Add garlic, hot pepper and dill.

3Mix together vinegar, salt and water and boil.

4Pour over cukes in jar.

5Put into hot water bath for 10 minutes.
