  • cucumbers
  • 3 c. vinegar
  • 6 Tbsp. canning salt
  • garlic, hot pepper and dill to taste
  • 3 c. water
  • 1 tsp. mustard seed for each jar

Directions

    Place mustard seed, garlic, hot pepper, dill and cucumbers in jars.

    Bring vinegar, water and canning salt to a rolling boil and pour over stuffed jars until full.

    Seal.

    Place jars in pot of water and simmer for 20 minutes.
