- 2 lb. fresh green beans
- dill heads
- medium garlic cloves, sliced
- 2 1/2 c. vinegar
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. salt
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions

1Snap off stem ends of beans.

2Pack into 4 sterilized pint jars to which you have added 1 large dill head and a sliced medium garlic clove.

3Bring vinegar, water, salt and cayenne pepper to a boil.

4Pour over beans.

5Seal; process 10 minutes in hot water bath.

6Do not use quart jars.
