- 1/2 tsp. dried dill
- 3/4 c. 1% low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. light cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 6 drops hot sauce
Directions

1Drain clams; reserve 3 tablespoons liquid and set aside. Place reserved clam liquid, dill and next 5 ingredients in food processor.

2Cover; process until smooth.
