Dilly Macaroni Salad

  • 1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 c. cubed no-fat cheese
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped and drained pimento
  • 1/2 c. no-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Cook macaroni as directed on package.

    Drain well and cool. Combine the next 4 ingredients.

    Blend together remaining ingredients, then toss lightly together.

    Cover and chill well. Serves 6.
