Ingredients

  • 2 c. uncooked rotini
  • 1 qt. head lettuce chunks
  • 1/2 c. red or green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced (2/3 c.)
  • 6 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 6 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar Twin
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • dash of garlic powder
  • dash of white pepper

Directions

    Cook rotini as directed on package; drain and cool.

    In a large bowl, combine lettuce, bell pepper and onion.

    In a medium saucepan, combine remaining ingredients.

    Bring to a boil for 1 minute, stirring continually.

    Add pasta to lettuce, pour hot dressing over all.

    Toss until well mixed.
