Ingredients
- 2 c. uncooked rotini
- 1 qt. head lettuce chunks
- 1/2 c. red or green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced (2/3 c.)
- 6 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 6 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar Twin
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of garlic powder
- dash of white pepper
Directions

1Cook rotini as directed on package; drain and cool.

2In a large bowl, combine lettuce, bell pepper and onion.

3In a medium saucepan, combine remaining ingredients.

4Bring to a boil for 1 minute, stirring continually.

5Add pasta to lettuce, pour hot dressing over all.

6Toss until well mixed.

7Makes 12 servings. About 120 calories per serving.
