  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 pkg. French vanilla or vanilla instant pudding
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip

Directions

    Crush Oreo cookies; set aside.

    Cream together margarine, cream cheese and sugar.

    Mix together milk and pudding mix. After thickened, blend in Cool Whip.

    Add creamed mix to pudding mix.
