Microwave Taco Chops

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. dry taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 c. crushed cornflake crumbs
- 4 pork loin chops (1-inch thick)
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 cube beef bouillon
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Combine taco mix with cornflake crumbs.

2Dip one side of each chop into egg and then into crumb mixture.

3Reserve remaining egg and crumbs.

4Place crumb side up into 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish or large pie plate, placing meaty ends of chops toward outside of dish.

5Microwave uncovered on High for 5 minutes, turning dish 1/2 turn after 3 minutes.

6Turn chops over; top with remaining egg and crumbs.

7Dissolve bouillon cube in water on High for 30 seconds. Stir.

8Pour around (not over) chops.

9Cover with plastic wrap; microwave for 6 minutes on High, rotating dish once.

10Let stand covered for 5 minutes.

11Use pan drippings for gravy, if desired. Serves 4.
