  • 1 (1 1/4 lb.) pkg. Oreo cookies
  • 2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine

Directions

    Crush Oreo cookies.

    Blend together vanilla instant pudding, milk and Cool Whip.

    Mix in another bowl powdered sugar, cream cheese and butter.

    Mix both cream mixtures together.

    Layer cookies and cream mixture, ending with cookies.

    Store in refrigerator.
