Name: Dirt Cake
Ingredients: 2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding; 1 stick butter or margarine, softened; 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese; 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip; 1 (1 lb.) pkg. Oreo cookies (no substitute); 1 c. powdered sugar

1 stick butter or margarine, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
1 (1 lb.) pkg. Oreo cookies (no substitute)
1 c. powdered sugar

Directions

Make pudding according to package directions.

Add Cool Whip. Refrigerate.

Whip together butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar.

Crush Oreos (I put in food processor or Ziploc bag and use rolling pin).

Add cream cheese mixture to pudding.

Use a flowerpot lined with foil.

Layer the cookies and pudding mixture about 4 times, ending with a generous cookie layer.

Put in a silk flower or two and have fun!
