   Mix vanilla pudding as detailed on the box.

   Add Cool Whip and cream cheese.

   Crush cookies with food processor or blender.

   Add layers of the cream cheese mixture, then cookies, until cream cheese mixture is gone.

   Make sure cookies are last layer, then refrigerate.
