  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cups Parsley, Fresh, Minced
  • 2 leaves Bay Leaves
  • 1-1/2 cup Chicken Stock
  • 1 cup Yellow Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 2 stalks Celery, Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic, Minced
  • 1 whole Bell Pepper, Green, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 pounds Chicken Livers & Gizzards, Mixed
  • 1/2 pounds Calf's Liver
  • 1/2 pounds Ground Pork (Optional)
  • 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 3 Tablespoons Oil
