  • 1 sheet puff pastry dough, softened
  • 1 can fruit pie filling (apple, peach or blueberry)
  • Cool Whip
  • vanilla ice cream

Directions

    Cut pastry dough into squares and place in muffin tins.

    Spoon pie filling evenly over dough.

    Bake at 400° until pastry is golden brown and filling is bubbling.

    Remove tarts from pan ASAP to prevent from becoming soggy.

    Serve warm topped with ice cream or Cool Whip.
