   In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, chocolate chips and peanut butter.

   Stir in the Crispix until it is well coated. After the mixture is coated well, pour it into a plastic bag or bowl with a lid that contains the powdered sugar.

   Gently toss mixture until well coated.

   Store in an airtight container.
