- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (10 oz.) can baby clams in liquid
- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. heavy whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp. corn starch
Directions

1Melt margarine in deep sauce pan.

2Add onion and cook slowly until golden brown.

3Add baby clams in liquid and potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste.

4Cook until potatoes are tender.

5Remove from heat.

6Slowly add milk and whipping cream. Mix corn starch in a little cold milk and add to mixture to thicken.

7Return to heat. Do not boil.

8Serve immediately.
