Double Chocolate Bread Pudding

  • 1 bag JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
  • 1-1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 3-3/4 qt. milk
  • 1-1/4 gals. day-old French bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 qt. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

    Mix pudding mix and cinnamon in large bowl.

    Gradually add milk, beating with wire whisk until well blended.

    Place bread cubes in full-size hotel pan sprayed with cooking spray (or use one-third size hotel pan for trial recipe); cover with pudding.

    Sprinkle with chocolate chips.

    Bake in 375F-conventional oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until pudding mixture is thickened and heated through.
