  • 2 cans (6 oz. each) crabmeat, well drained, flaked
  • 1 cup bread crumbs, divided
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped scallions (green onions)
  • 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

Directions

    Mix crabmeat, 1/4 cup of the bread crumbs, mayo, egg, scallions and barbecue sauce in large bowl.

    Cover with plastic wrap.

    Refrigerate 2 hours.

    Shape crabmeat mixture into 8 patties.

    Coat each patty with remaining bread crumbs.

    Spray each on both sides with no stick cooking spray.

    Fry patties in nonstick skillet sprayed with no stick cooking spray 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until firm and golden brown.
