- 2 cans (6 oz. each) crabmeat, well drained, flaked
- 1 cup bread crumbs, divided
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. chopped scallions (green onions)
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

1Mix crabmeat, 1/4 cup of the bread crumbs, mayo, egg, scallions and barbecue sauce in large bowl.

2Cover with plastic wrap.

3Refrigerate 2 hours.

4Shape crabmeat mixture into 8 patties.

5Coat each patty with remaining bread crumbs.

6Spray each on both sides with no stick cooking spray.

7Fry patties in nonstick skillet sprayed with no stick cooking spray 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until firm and golden brown.
