- 1 Your favorite bbq sauce
- 1 cup Dr pepper or 1 can soda of Dr Pepper
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 salt & pepper as you like
- 1 diced onion
- 1 buns for sandwiches
Directions

1Layer chopped onion on bottom of slow cooker

2Remove fat if you like from meat, sprinkle or rub meat to your liking with garlic salt , salt pepper,

3Place in slow cooker adding Dr pepper, brown sugar & bbq sauce

4Let meat cook on low for 5 to 6 hours in slow cooker shred to your liking and place on buns I add coleslaw on mine .
