- 4 whole chicken breasts
- thin sliced Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10 3/4 oz.)
- 1/4 c. dry white wine (optional)
- 2 c. crumbled seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/3 c. melted butter
Directions

1Split 4 whole chicken breasts (about 4 pounds) and remove skin. You may bone them or leave bone in.

2Arrange in a shallow type baking dish.

3Cover breasts with thin slices of Swiss cheese.

4Stir together the soup (undiluted) and wine.

5Spoon over chicken. Sprinkle top with the stuffing mix.

6Drizzle top with the butter. Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for about 50 minutes.

7Serves 8. You may leave the wine out.
