  • 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 jar maraschino cherries, drained
  • 1 can large or small flaked coconut
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)

Directions

    Lightly oil a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

    Dump in pineapple and juice, spreading it over bottom of pan.

    Sprinkle cherries over layer, then coconut layer.

    Sprinkle box of cake mix on top.
  5. 5
    Cut margarine into slices, and dot over cake mix, covering well. Sprinkle nuts on top.

    Bake at 300° for one hour until done.
