  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 box plain cake mix
  • 1/2 lb. margarine, melted (2 sticks)
  • coconut
  • chopped nuts

Directions

    In a 9 x 12-inch pan, dump cherry pie filling and crushed pineapple.

    Spread cake mix (dry).

    Pour melted butter over cake mix.

    Top with coconut and nuts.

    Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour. Reduce to 325° for 20 minutes.
