  • 6 to 8 cooking apples
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
