  • 3 or 4 cucumbers
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. dill seed
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Directions

    Peel cucumbers.

    Sprinkle with salt, cover and refrigerate 3 hours.

    Rinse and drain cucumber.

    Combine onion in bowl with sour cream, vinegar, dill seed and sugar.

    Toss.
