- 2 lb. ground beef
- 7 to 8 c. water
- 1 lb. (4 c.) elbow macaroni
- 3/4 to 1 c. brown sugar
- 3 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Heat Dutch oven.

2Brown hamburg in Dutch oven.

3Drain off excess fat.

4Add 7 cups hot water to hamburg.

5Bring to boil.

6Add macaroni and cook until tender.

7Add more water if necessary.

8Add tomato sauce, paste and seasoning.

9Heat through, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

10Evenly distribute cheeses over top, cover and heat through.

11Serve with garlic bread and salad.
