- 1 small sweet potato, baked
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- dash of salt
- Bisquick
Directions

1Skin the sweet potato and mash it in a medium bowl.

2Add egg, butter, milk, vanilla and salt.

3Mix well.

4If you have a KitchenAid mixer, place this mixture in it and attach the dough hook.

5Start adding the Bisquick and add enough until you form a dough like mixture consistency.

6Let this work the dough for about 1 minute.

7This makes a nice soft dough.

8Roll out dough to about 1/2 inch thickness and using your biscuit cutter, cut out your biscuits.

9Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for about 12 to 15 minutes or until biscuits are lightly browned.
