- 1 c. Angel Flake coconut
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 box powdered sugar
- German or Swiss chocolate cake mix, batter made by directions on box
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Spray 11 x 15-inch pan with Pam cooking spray.

3In pan, spread thin layer of coconut.

4Next spread a thin layer of pecans.

5Make cake mix batter according to package directions.

6Pour on top of layers of coconut and pecans.

7Do not stir.

8Blend cream cheese, margarine and powdered sugar.

9Drop blobs all over the top of batter.

10Do not stir.

11Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted between blobs comes out clean.
