  • 4 c. potatoes, sliced
  • water to cover
  • 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Cook potato slices covered with water until tender.

    In a shallow casserole dish, place a layer of potatoes and a layer of cheese with salt and pepper.

    When all the potatoes and cheese are layered, pour enough of the water over them to almost cover them. Place in a 350° oven until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
