  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 boxes 10x sugar or 2 lb. bag
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 18 oz. jar peanut butter
  • bag of coconut
  • bag of chocolate chips
  • 2/3 block paraffin

Directions

    Mix first 4 ingredients.

    Divide mixture in half.

    Mix half with peanut butter.

    Mix half with plastic bag of coconut.

    Shape into eggs and chill on wax paper.

    In a double boiler, melt chocolate chips plus paraffin.

    Dip eggs; let set until firm.
