  • 3 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 c. sweet butter, melted
  • 1 lemon rind, grated
  • 1 jar apricot preserves or raspberry preserves

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix all ingredients except the jam.

    Pat 3/4 of the dough on bottom of pan.

    Spread with jam.

    Sprinkle rest of dough on top for crumbs. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
