  • 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp.
  • 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Ready to Serve Bacon, cut in half
  • 2 English muffins, split, toasted
  • 4 slices tomato (optional)
  • 4 poached or fried eggs

Directions

    Mix yogurt, mayo and mustard in small saucepan; heat on low heat 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently.

    Place 4 bacon pieces on each English muffin half; top each with 1 tomato slice and 1 egg.

    Spoon warm yogurt mixture over eggs; sprinkle with paprika or chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
