- 1 pt. warm water
- 1 cake Fleischmann's yeast
- 1/2 c. lard
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add lard and salt.

3Add flour to make stiff (not sticky or not too stiff).

4Knead until smooth. Let rise until dough is double in size.

5Shape into buns (about 30).

6Let rise again.
-
7Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 375° until browned.
