- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions

1Place Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt in food processor or grate cheeses together and combine with Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt.

2Then mix in pecans. Roll mixture into 2 large balls.

3Combine chili powder, paprika and cayenne pepper.

4Roll balls into spice mixture.

5Balls can be frozen.
