  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can cherry or any other fruit pie filling

    Pour 1 cup dried cake mix into a bowl and set aside.

    Combine remaining cake mix with 1 egg and oil.

    Press into bottom and 3/4 of the sides of a 9 x 13-inch pan, which has been greased.
