- 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns or O'Brien potatoes, partially thawed
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 2 c. shredded Colby/Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 can cream of potato soup or mushroom soup
- 1/2 can milk
- chopped onion and pepper (add if not using O'Brien potatoes)
- 2 c. corn flakes (for topping)
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Put into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Crush 2 cups corn flakes and pour evenly over potatoes.

3Drizzle with 1/4 cup melted butter.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
