Ingredients
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 slices white bread, crusts removed
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. instant onion flakes (optional)
- paprika
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1In medium sized pan, melt 1 tablespoon margarine.

2Mix in flour.

3Slowly add milk, stirring constantly, to keep mixture smooth.

4Cook until mixture comes to a boil and thickens, stirring frequently.

5Mix in onion, Worcestershire sauce and bread cubes. Cool and fold in mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

6In another pan heat margarine until lightly browned.

7Add crab and toss lightly.

8Combine with sauce mixture.
