Easy Crockpot Turkey

  • 8 pounds Turkey Breast Bone In
  • 1 whole Medium White Or Vidalia Onion, Sliced
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 2 jars Turkey Gravy (or Cans)

    Defrost your frozen bone-in turkey breast over night in the refrigerator (this may take a full day).

    Wash thoroughly and remove the bag of extra pieces (neck, etc.).

    Place turkey breast in Crockpot any way it will fit!

    Breast down is fine.

    Place sliced onion pieces around turkey and some in the cavity.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Pour two jars (or cans) of prepared gravy over the top of the turkey.

    Place lid on Crockpot and set on low for 8 hours.

    Turkey will fall off the bone!
