Easy Crumb Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/4 lb. margarine
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • dash of salt (optional)
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar/cinnamon
  • enough oil to make crumbly

Directions

    Mix the last 3 ingredients for crumbs first and set aside. Cream margarine and sugar.

    Add eggs.

    Alternate flour, baking powder and milk (vanilla in milk).

    Pour into 2 lightly greased and floured 8 or 9-inch pans.

    Sprinkle crumbs and bake at 325° for 1/2 hour.
