Easy! Cucumber With Konbu and Garlic

  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 1 tsp Garlic (diced)
  • 1/2 tsp Kombu tea
  • 1 tsp Salt

Directions

    Peel the outside of the cucumber in several places and slice diagonally at about 5 mm thickness.

    Dice the garlic.

    Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt on the cucumber from Step 1 and gently rub it in.

    Leave it for 5 minutes and then rinse with water.

    Lightly remove the excess water with kitchen paper.

    Add 1/2 teaspoon of konbu-cha and garlic to the cucumber in Step 2.

    Just mix together and it's done.

    If it isn't salty enough, add some salt or konbu-cha.
