  • 2 c. (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 2 c. (8 oz.) Cracker Barrel sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fine pimento
  • 1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ??? lemon juice
  • 1 c. finely chopped pecans (pecan chips)

Directions

    Combine softened cheeses, mixing well until blended.

    Add rest of ingredients, except pecans.

    Roll into ball.

    Refrigerate. When cold, roll in chopped nuts.

    Better when served at room temperature.
