Easy Enchilada Casserole

- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 1 (16 oz.) and 1 (8 oz.) can Ranch Style beans
- 12 flour tortillas
- 2 cans enchilada sauce
- 4 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Brown onions with the meat.

2While beef is cooking, warm beans in a big pot.

3Drain meat and add to the beans; heat to boiling, then turn heat off and set aside.

4Pour enchilada sauce in a shallow pan.

5Spray or grease the bottom of a square cake pan. Dip tortillas in the enchilada sauce and place in square pan until bottom of pan is covered.

6Add a layer of meat and bean mixture, then cheese.

7Layer additional tortillas and repeat all other ingredients.

8Bake about 45 minutes to 1 hour at around 350°. Serves 6.
