  • 1/4 c. frozen peas
  • 1 small carrot, cut real fine (small cubes)
  • 1 small potato, cut real fine (small cubes)
  • 1/4 c. green onion, chopped fine
  • salt
  • 1 tsp. sesame seed
  • 1/2 Tbsp. sesame seed oil
  • 1 tsp. olive oil

Directions

    In a nonstick skillet, put olive oil.

    Turn temperature to 450°.

    Put carrot and potato.

    Stir until cooked.

    Add salt to taste, then add frozen peas.

    Then add rest of ingredients.
