Easy Guacamole

  • 2 whole Avocados
  • 1/2 cans (14.5 Oz. Can) Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Lime Or Lemon Juice

    Cut your avocados in half, remove the pit, then scoop out the meat into a food processor or blender.

    Drain the tomatoes and add approximately half the can.

    It really all depends on how much tomato flavour you want versus avocado flavour.

    Add the minced garlic.

    Same applies to the garlic as tomatoes.

    If you like your garlic, add more!

    If not add less.

    Throw in the lime or lemon juice or both and some freshly ground black pepper to taste and blend that bad boy up!

    You can adjust the flavors according to your taste, then serve it in a bowl with some tortilla chips!
