- 2 whole Avocados
- 1/2 cans (14.5 Oz. Can) Diced Tomatoes
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Lime Or Lemon Juice
Directions

1Cut your avocados in half, remove the pit, then scoop out the meat into a food processor or blender.

2Drain the tomatoes and add approximately half the can.

3It really all depends on how much tomato flavour you want versus avocado flavour.

4Add the minced garlic.

5Same applies to the garlic as tomatoes.

6If you like your garlic, add more!

7If not add less.

8Throw in the lime or lemon juice or both and some freshly ground black pepper to taste and blend that bad boy up!

9You can adjust the flavors according to your taste, then serve it in a bowl with some tortilla chips!
