Easy Jam Cake

Directions

   Preheat oven to 325°.

   Grease bottom of two 8-inch cake pans. Line bottom of pans with wax paper.

   Grease and flour waxed paper and sides of pans. Mix cake by directions on box. Add jam, raisins and nuts.

   Mix well.

   Pour in pans.

   Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

   Cool in pans for 10 minutes.

   Turn out on wire racks.

   Remove wax paper and cool completely.
