Easy Peach Upside-Down Cake

- 1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix
- 1/8 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 (16 oz.) can peaches, drained (sliced)
- whipped cream (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Generously grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with margarine.

3Arrange peach slices in bottom of pan until evenly covered.

4Sprinkle with brown sugar.

5In a medium bowl, prepare cake batter according to package directions.

6Spoon over peaches, covering peaches well.

7Bake for 55 to 65 minutes. The top should spring up when lightly touched in the middle.

8Remove from oven and serve warm with whipped cream.
