  • 2 cups White Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar, Packed
  • 1 Tablespoon Corn Syrup
  • 2 cups Whipping Cream
  • 6 Tablespoons Butter
  • 3 ounces, weight White Chocolate
  • 1 cup Chopped Walnuts

Directions

    Mix sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup and cream in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium high heat and cook to the soft ball stage.

    Slice the butter and add to the sugar mixture, stir and set aside for 10 minutes off heat.

    Add the white chocolate and stir until mixed.

    Finally, stir in the walnuts and pour into a foil lined, butter 8x8 pan and put in the refrigerator to cool.

    Cut into squares of desired size and serve.
