Easy Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 pork chops (I use the boneless)
  • 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 can cranberry sauce (jellied)
  • 8 oz. bottle French dressing

Directions

    Brown pork chops in oil about 5 minutes each side.

    Add cranberry sauce which has been chopped into small pieces.

    Add dressing.

    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

    Serve with fluffy rice and put sauce over rice.

    Delicious!
