- 1 chuck roast (any size)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 pkg. instant brown gravy
- 3 to 6 potatoes, cut in chunks
- 3 carrots, chopped in large pieces
Directions

1Place roast in a large glass casserole dish and add vegetables.

2Mix gravy according to package directions, reducing water by 1/8 cup.

3Pour over roast and cover.

4Cook 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 400° or until meat pulls apart easily.
