- 6 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
- 2 c. thinly sliced onions
- 1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
Directions

1Place cucumbers and onions in a large bowl; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Cook and stir just until the sugar is dissolved.

2Pour over cucumber mixture; cool.

3Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.

4Yield: 6 cups.
