Easy Refrigerator Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. quick rise yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. softened butter Crisco
- 1 egg, beaten slightly
- 6 1/2 to 7 c. plain flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Stir in sugar, salt, Crisco, egg. Mix in flour, cover with tight lid and put in refrigerator at least 2 hours or overnight.

3Dough will rise often, so check and mash down.

4Repeat as long as in refrigerator.

5Keeps 3 days in refrigerator.

6Take out of refrigerator.

7Make into rolls

8and let rise 1 1/2 hours before baking at 350° for about 20 minutes.
