  • 1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 14.1 oz. pkg.)
  • 1 onion, finely chopped Safeway 1 lb For $1.49 thru 02/09
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 cans (7.5 oz. each) salmon, drained, flaked
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Four Cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp. each dill weed, dried thyme leaves and dry mustard
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed

Directions

    Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

    Prepare crust in 9-inch pie plate as directed on package for one-crust filled pie.

    Cook onions and garlic in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 5 min.

    or until onions are tender, stirring occasionally; spoon into crust.

    Top with salmon and cheese.

    Whisk eggs, mayo, milk and seasonings in medium bowl until blended.

    Stir in peas.

    Pour over ingredients in crust.

    Place quiche on rimmed baking sheet.
